best chocolate cake ever 

ingredients:

for the cake.

2 cups of sugar 

1 3/4 flour 

3/4 cocoa powder 

2 teaspoon baking soda 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1tea spoon salt 

2 eggs 

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup black coffee

1/2 cup oil 

2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

for the chocolate frosting :

2 sticks unsalted butter 

3 1/2 cup powdered sugar 

1/2 cocoa powder 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoon milk

direction for chocolate cake :

1:in large bowl combine sugar ,flour ,cocoa powder,baking soda and baking powder .

2:mix it togther until combined .

3:add eggs,buttermilk,coffee,oil and vanilla, beat for two minutes the batter will be thin. 

4:pour battre in two round pans bake in preheated oven for 30 or 35 minutes and let it cool completely.

for the chocolate frosting:

1:cream butter for a few minutes ,sift 3 cups powderd sugar and 

cocoa powder beat until they are combined, add salt and vanilla .

2:add milk 1 tablespoon at time until become creamy .
