caramel Popcorn

Enjoy your movie night with caramel popcorn

Ingredients

12 cup of poped popcorn

1/2 cup of salted butter

1 cup of light brown sugar 

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 

1/4 cup light corn syrup 

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

melt butter

Add 1 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of corn

Bring the mixture to bubble,then turn it down to simmer and let it for 4minutes without stirring

Now you can stir it, continue to cook and stir for 5 minutes

Add baking soda


Add 1/2 teaspoon vanillas


Stir it up and should look like this

Add popcorn and stir it


Spread caramel corn on baking sheet and let it cool down and it's ready to eat yummy
If you want it more crispy you can bake it for 15 minutes more in the oven
